Fundraising Campaign Associate

Position Overview:
As a Fundraising Campaign Associate, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with both individual donors as well as diverse companies to orchestrate and execute our annual United Way Campaign. You will engage in public speaking, foster relationships, and utilize exceptional communication skills to drive participation and support for this impactful cause. This role requires a blend of relationship management, public speaking, and sales acumen to succeed.
Responsibilities:

Engage and collaborate with various companies to strategize and execute successful United Way Campaigns.

Conduct persuasive and engaging public speaking sessions with small groups to communicate the campaign's mission and drive participation.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and company representatives.

Utilize effective sales techniques, including cold calling, to secure commitments and support for the campaign.

Provide guidance and support to companies in planning and implementing their campaign strategies.

Build relationships with individual donors and assist the team in completing various mailing lists and phone calls to engage donor participation.
Qualifications:

Excellent public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting to small groups.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.

Experience in sales or cold calling is preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
